After months of hard work, we're thrilled to announce the arrival of our very own book vending machine, right outside the student reception area! Custom-designed for Westgate, this machine is the latest addition to our school's resources. Thanks to our amazing library team, it's already stocked with fantastic reads!
But here's the best part: it's not just any vending machine – it's a reward system for our students! Using special coins, earned for being outstanding reading role models, acing AR quizzes, or reaching reading milestones (like 1 million words!), students can now choose their very own book to keep from the machine.
We're incredibly excited about this initiative and can't wait to see our students' faces light up as they select their next literary adventure!
